Hey gorgeous,
I feel like everyone on social media is talking about mindset or imposter syndrome!
 While I feel both are very serious conversations that always need to be had, for us that are in business and especially building a personal brand we face both daily, or quarterly.
This blog post is mostly focused on being SOLD OUT on the idea of YOU.
While I love a good sell like the next glam goddess, I think we ( yes myself included ) SELL Ourselves short.
From promotion to closing the sale to making content. 
 You have to share your vision with the world if you plan on changing or impacting people. That’s what building your personal brand is about,  sharing your ideas, viewpoints, and personality in business, media, and your content!!
Recently I talked about how I listened to friends about my podcast name, and while I loved the name I let people’s opinion change it.
While I have now repurposed the name,  I should have stuck with my first feeling about what I wanted to produce.
Now I rebranding the podcast and used the old to build a stage play ?
Many times we hire coaches, markers, image consultants, and PR representatives to help us promote, brand, and sell ourselves.
But…..
I just wonder if we are sold on the idea of ourselves before we get to other people.
Daily I see people blame coaches for pushing them, and the same coaches blame the customer for not being ready.
Both have to work together to be effective.  So let’s get into MINDSELL OUT.
  1. The same way you shop around for shoes, clothes, or makeup  before you purchase them:  Do the same with your ideas, vision, and even finding a coach that can help you,
Now I don’t mean to shop your ideas, and vision around to other people … but play with the idea, vision, and project yourself. In the shower, around your house, or audio recording yourself helps you flush out the idea before you present it to someone else.
Again, we all have great intentions( some of us LOL) when we are giving advice. So you want to play with the thought before you try and sell the idea to someone or a paid coach.
 It saves you time, money, and a broken heart.
  1. Try it on! 
 I’m a fan of trying something on, especially if it’s my first time … with makeup, bras, and jeans…. Oh and shoes too! LOL 
Sometimes like I mention in #1, we try to push something on people when we haven’t tested it, attempted it, or it’s not our jam.  
If you are making it your mission to sell a service or product, how has what you’re selling spoken to your life? Why are you passionate about it?
Start writing.  If you’re passionate about it, relook at your notes: I guarantee you will start to see a strategy or steps. 
  1. Follow the Passion 
I know, everyone talks about “Just find your passion”… but …
Passion is unique to each of us! While we all might love makeup, how we apply it, what we use to get the look, and what products we use might be the same or altogether different! 
Depending on: Where we are going, the look we are creating, and how it looks to us on us! 
This is why you have to have A MINDSELL OUT view of yourself and your personal brand! 
Do you have a  personal mission statement? When is the last time you read yours or updated your mission?
I use mine as daily motivation! This world is so confusing, lost, and misunderstood.  Like the face, ambassador,  influencer,  spokesman, and CEO of YOU INC …. 
You are responsible for how you feel. Don’t depend on anyone’s emotions, or view of you … change how you see yourself. ?
 If you have the blessing of knowing 
1.what you are here to do, 
2.what you’re great at, 
3.and how you impact the world
You have more than you realize!!!
If you’re not sure about how you feel about what you’re doing, your emotions will be in the hands of your emotions! Where is the bag in that?
Remember we live where the money resides !! 
YOU ARE THE BANK!!
Your personality, skill set, view, and execution of your brand is what make your brand stand out!
